Bedford Pumps were delighted to work with Design Consultants, Stantec UK, alongside Contractors, Eight20 – SMB Jv, in a project for Thames Water to replace a large vertical turbine pump at Battersea Shaft Pumping Station.
The new pump, designed and manufactured by Bedford Pumps Ltd, maximises hydraulic efficiency across a defined window of flows and heads to between 85% and 87%.
