We’re excited to announce that Bedford Pumps, Hidrostal and Hidrostal Engineering UK are joining forces for a fantastic cause at this year’s Thames Water Annual Raft Race!
Taking place on Thursday 24th July this event brings together water industry professionals for an afternoon of creativity, competition, and most importantly, charity fundraising. Teams from across the sector will build and race their homemade rafts down a stretch of the Thames—all in the name of good fun and for a great cause.
For now our raft design and fancy dress outfits are under wraps but behing the scenes we are hard at work designing and constructing a vessel that combines the best of our engineering ingenuity with a splash of Hollywood to Bollywood flair.
More than just a fun afternoon, the raft race will help to raise vital funds for WaterAid, a charity committed to providing clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene to communities around the world.
